We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and paperwork.
Returns are processed for a fee, which varies based on product weight and location. This fee will be communicated during the return approval process.
Items purchased during sales or with discounts are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Decor products are not eligible for exchange under any condition.
Size exchanges are only allowed for clothing items, subject to availability.
Exchanges follow the same 3-day return request window and item condition guidelines.
If you receive a damaged item or something is missing from your order:
You must share an unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package. This video should clearly show the seal, contents being removed, and the issue.
If verified, we will cover full return shipping and offer a refund or store credit based on your preference.
Without proof (video or photographic evidence), return claims for damage or missing items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
You may cancel or modify your order within 8 hours of placing it.
After 8 hours, or once the order is packed or shipped, cancellations and changes are no longer possible.
If a packed or shipped order is refused at delivery, it will be treated as a return and subject to our return terms.
If refused at delivery without valid reason or damage, no refund will be issued.
If refused at delivery, we reserve the right to block future COD orders.
Re-delivery will incur additional shipping and re-packing charges.
Refunds are only provided for damaged items with valid proof.
All other approved returns will receive store credit, redeemable on future purchases.
Approved returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving the item.
Return requests must be pre-approved by our team before shipping the item back.
