RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and paperwork.

  • Returns are processed for a fee, which varies based on product weight and location. This fee will be communicated during the return approval process.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during sales or with discounts are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Decor products are not eligible for exchange under any condition.

🔁 Clothing Exchange Policy

  • Size exchanges are only allowed for clothing items, subject to availability.

  • Exchanges follow the same 3-day return request window and item condition guidelines.


DAMAGED / MISSING PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged item or something is missing from your order:

  • You must share an unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package. This video should clearly show the seal, contents being removed, and the issue.

  • If verified, we will cover full return shipping and offer a refund or store credit based on your preference.

  • Without proof (video or photographic evidence), return claims for damage or missing items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


CANCELLATION & ORDER CHANGES

  • You may cancel or modify your order within 8 hours of placing it.

  • After 8 hours, or once the order is packed or shipped, cancellations and changes are no longer possible.

  • If a packed or shipped order is refused at delivery, it will be treated as a return and subject to our return terms.

⚠️ For Prepaid Orders:

  • If refused at delivery without valid reason or damage, no refund will be issued.

⚠️ For COD Orders (Clothing Only):

  • If refused at delivery, we reserve the right to block future COD orders.

  • Re-delivery will incur additional shipping and re-packing charges.


REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

  • Refunds are only provided for damaged items with valid proof.

  • All other approved returns will receive store credit, redeemable on future purchases.


PROCESSING & SUPPORT

  • Approved returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving the item.

  • Return requests must be pre-approved by our team before shipping the item back.
